A Consultant for us, Alasdair has provided advice to the affordable housing sector for almost 15 years. From speaking at industry events and roadshows, to delivering training to both companies and individuals.
Alasdair’s broad range of experience gives him the ability to apply practical solutions to unlock problems. His focus is predominantly residential property, and specifically the affordable housing sector. This includes Help-to-Buy equity loans, Right-to-Buy/Right-to-Acquire, shared ownership, and other affordable housing products.
As well as acting for individuals, Alasdair also brings experience in acting for developers and housing providers on site assembly ahead of plot sales including turnkey arrangements, and advising on lease structures for both grant funded and non-grant funded shared ownership units.
Having previously acted for a number of mortgage lenders Alasdair also brings specialist skills in repossessions, receivers portfolios, downward staircasing, and buy-backs.
