Alastair qualified as a solicitor in 1979 with a BA (law) degree and assumed partner level responsibility shortly afterwards. He is now a Consultant with Taylor Rose.
Advocacy was learnt in the criminal courts with many high profile cases which skills have always been applied, where called for, in the rest of his practice.
Personal Injury work (claims and defending) was a major early discipline with specialist practical/academic qualifications obtained and still practiced today.
Planning and Environmental law work however led to further specialist academic/practical qualifications and property work of all kinds including heavyweight commercial and residential conveyancing and litigation (and connected corporate work).
Connected with that has been work on trusts and litigation relating to wills and probate.
The value of work undertaken has varied from modest to millions of pounds.
Very wide experience and responsibility is brought to areas of work undertaken.
...and surrounding areas. We can also travel or arrange video meetings.
