Alex is a Consultant at Taylor Rose.
He qualified as a Fellow of the Royal Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in January 2020 and has a wealth of conveyancing experience, having specialised in this area of law for 9 years. He has built up a large network of clients and referrers in this time and has a reputation for being one the most popular and personable conveyancers in the city.
In his previous role, Alex was recruited to build a new conveyancing department from the ground up, for a law firm based in Liverpool City Centre. Alex spent almost 5 years at the firm and played a pivotal role in the law firm becoming recognised as one of Liverpool’s most reputable property departments.
With specialisms in all areas of Residential Property including; sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), purchases of land, purchases of freehold interests, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, right to buy, new build purchases and unregistered land, Alex is more than capable and would be delighted to assist you in whatever property related query you might have.
