Amelia has been a partner in a well-established West-End law firm before joining Taylor Rose and is a Consultant with us.
Qualified as a Solicitor in January 2006, she has been specialising in providing Immigration service and advice to clients for more than 15 years. She acts for individual and business clients in a wide range of applications from initial applications, to extensions, indefinite leave to remain applications and registration and naturalisation as British Citizens.
She has a wealth of experience advising and dealing with spouse and child dependant visa applications, Tier 1 Entrepreneur and Investor applications, Tier 2 General and ICT applications, Pre-settled and Settlement Scheme for EEA Nationals and their family members, Article 8 Human Right family visas, single parent visas, fiancée, unmarried partner and Civil Partnership visas.
She has also been heavily involved with clients from Hong Kong advising and preparing to deal with their application for Leave Outside the Rule and BN(O) visa routes.
Amelia is also a Magistrate serving in the South East London bench.
Aside from her work, she enjoys travelling with her young family.
