Andrew is a Litigation Executive. He has over 12 years of legal experience working in-house for national corporate entities and law firms specialising in high profile and particularly sensitive Defendant and Claimant Road Traffic Accident matters. He has vast experience in dealing with cases within the pre-litigation to the post-litigation stages. His civil litigation expertise ranges across cases that are appropriate for the Small, Fast and Multi-Tracks set within the Civil Procedure Rules.
He is currently working towards gaining his Fellowship with the Chartered Institute for Legal Executives.
His principal areas of practice include motor personal injury, employment and public liability, recovering for and defending against matters concerning claims with uninsured losses, credit hire claims, property damage and claims containing fraud concerns.
