Andrew is a Consultant Paralegal here at Taylor Rose.
He has many years of experience, particularly in insurance. He worked at an insurance brokerage in his early years, advising customers on the different policy types and and discussing their requirements. Andrew also assisted them in basic uninsured loss recovery, including policy excesses. Thereafter, he joined the claims department of an accident management company. Starting in the insured loss team assisting with Comprehensive motor claims, he then moved to the recovery of uninsured losses, such as policy excesses and repairs.
Andrew joined a Solicitors firm in 1999 where he became an experienced fee earner in fast track and multi-track credit hire, motor, employer and public liability personal injury and medical negligence from inception to completion. He had a varied caseload including claims for minor injuries to large loss. He has dealt with claims on the Official Injury Portal, the Claims Portal and those that would fall within the pre-action protocol for personal injury claims.
I studied part-time at the Manchester Metropolitan University while working at the Solicitors office and attained a law degree.
I am proactive and look to resolve matters effectively. I am keen to learn and quick to pick up new skills.
