As well as the usual freehold sale and purchase transactions, Annie has also dealt with a varying caseload in the past. Annie has passed her level 3 Cilex modules in Conveyancing, client care and legal research and would like to develop her skillset in this area by gaining further qualifications in the future.

Annie undertakes annual CQS training in order attain a Certificate of Achievement in CQS Conveyancing Practice and CQS Risk, Compliance and Client Care.
