He has particular expertise in acting for developers in commercial, residential and industrial development. This includes the acquisition of potential development sites and the drafting and advising on terms of Option Agreement, Conditional Contracts and Overage Provisions.
He acts for a number of developers in acquiring properties for subdivision into flats, setting up standard leasehold documentation and Management Company structures and has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial lease terms including FRI leases and the assignment of commercial leases.
Having previously been the Head of the Residential and Commercial Property at McMillan Williams, Anton is now our Lead Director of Property with responsibility of the overall management of our Residential Property, New Build, Shared Ownership and specialist Remortgage departments.
Outside of work Anton enjoys rock climbing, mountaineering, playing cricket and football. he also enjoys outdoor holiday’s, particularly camping with his family.
