Ant is a Consultant.
He qualified as a Solicitor in 2000, he is a family lawyer who specialises in Child Law (Private Law) and in particular cohabitation legal issues and complex family difficulties and breakdowns, in which he is a robust and no nonsense advocate, he has represented clients in all of the County Courts on the South Coast and most of those in Surrey and beyond.
Whilst a very experienced advocate, he is also a Resolution member and a trained mediator. Ant is pro active in all attempts at amicable resolution both before proceedings and during, as well as preparing and conducting a final hearing. Particular and successful experience in live / spend time with disputes, rights of LGBGT parents, rights of non parents PR disputes and definition of “parent”,
His outside interests are his Dogs and being a member of the Army reserve.
