Bailey is a trainee solicitor within our civil litigation team due to qualify in August 2024.
Having spent time as a paralegal and now training within civil litigation, Bailey has had the opportunity to work on a broad array of areas including commercial litigation, civil matters and insolvency disputes. He particularly enjoys defending clients and negotiating amicable settlements on their behalf.
Bailey likes to approach disputes in a commercial and strategic manner, considering risks and unique approaches to secure the best outcome for his clients.
When Bailey isn't advising clients on disputes, he enjoys his music, following the football and running.
