Bethany is a Consultant. She handles residential property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. She has a lot of experience in basic freehold as well as any leasehold, shared ownership and new build matters.
She qualified with CLC as a licensed conveyancer in 2021 and previously managed a large conveyancing department in the North East of England.
She decided to take a step back from looking after staff within a firm to prioritise looking after her clients while being able to spend more time with her young family.
