Bhavisha graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2012 with an LLB(HONS) Law degree and has been a Residential Property Conveyancer since 2015 dealing with all Freehold, Leasehold, Unregistered, Shared Ownership, Re Mortgage, Transfer of Equity and New Build Transactions.
Her key strengths are her excellent communication skills coupled with excellent time management skills. She is able to undertake high levels of responsibility and possess a strong aptitude towards all aspects of Legal understanding within the Legal sector.
Bhavisha is confident that she is a knowledgeable legal practitioner, who is analytical, yet creative in her approach to work and adaptable to working within challenging environments.
She enjoys being given tasked problems and creatively finding solutions; with the ability to undertake her work with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism. She possess the ability to grasp varied and complex issues, manage information and lead by example; all of which are competently encompassed within her dedicated, focused, and hardworking personality.
