Brian Reid

Brian is a Consultant at Taylor Rose.

He completed his professional qualifications (GDL and LPC) at the University of Westminster in 2010-2012 qualifying as a solicitor in 2013, but had worked within the legal sector for approximately 15 years prior to qualification.

Brian is a qualified Financial Advisor, and has also completed an MSc in Property Finance at the University of Westminster in 2014.

Brian is an experienced litigator with significant familiarity of county court advocacy. He specialises in civil litigation matters with particular emphasis on Housing/Property and Employment law. Brian has experience of conducting a broad range of litigation matters including mortgage possession, possession claims for residential property, private & social housing possession cases, disrepair cases, tenancy deposit cases, leasehold matters, terms and conditions of contracts, unfair and wrongful dismissal matters, constructive unfair dismissal, discrimination matters (including recruitment) and employment related grievance procedures. He has also been proficient when providing advocacy in Financial Services and Personal Injury matters.

Brian is an avid football supporter, enjoys listening to music and watching films and has a real interest in current affairs.
