Carl is a Consultant.
He qualified as a Solicitor in 1990 and has worked as a real estate solicitor in a number of firms across Merseyside, Wirral and Cheshire, as well as a stint as a departmental head in local government in North Wales.
Carl has considerable experience in all aspects of non-contentious property work, including the granting and taking of leases of all types of commercial premises for landlord and tenant clients; the acquisition of land for developers – including the preparation of option and exclusivity agreements – and related plot sales; freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals; buy-to-let investments and re-financing work for borrowers and lenders.
Carl acts for corporate and high-net-worth individual clients based locally, nationally and internationally, a number of whom he has represented for many years.
