Before joining Taylor Rose MW, Carol previously worked in the customer service area, she has worked in this industry for over 20 years. This has given her a good insight on dealing with customer complaints to reach a satisfactory resolution.
As one of our Client Care Coordinator’s, Carol will be responsible for investigating and organising resolutions in response to client complaints, ensuring they are dealt with efficiently. Carol's role also includes collecting client feedback.
