Caroline is a Consultant.
She advises on all aspects of civil and commercial disputes including high value and complex litigation involving company, shareholder disputes or partnership disputes, debt recovery and enforcement and professional negligence.
Caroline is also known for her expertise in all areas of Judicial Review with several reported cases which have led to a change in local authority practice and procedure.
Her previous roles as a partner in a large East Anglian law firm and the principal commercial litigator for large local authorities has enabled her to expand her knowledge in coronial law, contested procurement contracts, construction and regulatory law. Caroline is also a Magistrate and Justice of the Peace.
