Caroline is accredited as a Senior Litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx).
Caroline joined the Personal Injury Division in February 2018. She is a partner and works with with Sean McCormack as Joint head of the Personal Injury department representing clients who have been seriously injured.
Caroline has over 30 years' specialist experience in conducting claims for those who have suffered catastrophic injuries arising from road traffic collisions, workplace accidents and clinical negligence. Over that 30 years’ she has recovered millions of pounds in damages for injured claimants. She is known for her empathy towards clients, her excellent communication and her solid working relationships. She has been mentioned in the Legal 500, 2024.
