Catherine qualified as a Solicitor in September 2019 and has been working in our Commercial Litigation and Insolvency team ever since.
Catherine has a degree in Law from the University of Hertfordshire and completed the Legal Practice Course at Kaplan.
Catherine did seats in Conveyancing, Personal Injury, Family and Commercial Litigation and Insolvency during her training contract.
Catherine has quickly gained experience in Commercial Litigation, shareholder rights and disputes, Insolvency and advising many clients on debt recovery, breach of contract, company disputes and insolvency matters. Catherine has the experience and expertise to represent both individual and businesses.
Catherine is currently working on a high level international case involving a court judgement obtained for approximately £160 million with assets abroad. Catherine is also working as part of a team on a high value case involving a high street bank.
Catherine has experience with obtaining injunctions whether it will an injunction restraining the presentation of a winding up petition or an injunction to prohibit the Defendant from carrying out steps which is in breach of an agreement.
