Charlotte is a Consultant.
She has over 15 years experience working in residential Property. She has completed her SQA Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice and is currently studying her Level 6 to become a Licensed Conveyancer in between looking after her two small children.
She began her legal journey after moving back from Australia initially as a legal secretary supporting the residential property team followed by working for one of the top 100 legal firms in Bristol and Bath as a Paralegal in Asbestos Related Disease Claims.
She then moved back into property managing her own case load and continues to now enjoy working in the property market working alongside estate agents and mortgage brokers and building great working relationships to assist the smooth running of transactions for clients. Charlotte has experience in sale, purchase and remortgage matters.
