Charlotte qualified as a Legal Executive in 2019.
She specialises in all areas of residential conveyancing to include sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold property, lease extensions, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, first registrations etc.
Charlotte is aware of the stresses which naturally come along with the conveyancing process and prides herself on providing a personal service to her clients, whether that be first time buyers or experienced buy to let investors. She is on hand to answer any questions along the way and is happy to accommodate clients outside of working hours wherever possible.
