Chloe qualified as a solicitor in 2017 after completing a 2 year training contract in Property related seats. She qualified into commercial property but very quickly became the person who bridged the gap between Commercial Property and Residential and has been assisting property investors in their B2L, HMO, refinancing and bridging needs, and handling high-value residential and commercial property matters ever since. She brings professionalism, organisation, and meticulous attention to detail to every legal transaction.

Chloe prides herself on simplifying legal complexities, making them accessible and understandable to her clients. Building trusting and enduring relationships is paramount, as she believes in creating a friendly and approachable environment for all.

After having become a salaried Partner at a young age in a previous firm, Chloe realised that there was more to her job and life than the high pressure targets and case load and so made the transition to a Consultant Solicitor. Moving away from the standard employee 9-5 lifestyle she now manages her own calendar, case load and has the ability to be more present for her clients and their needs, who are typically repeat clients and recommendations.

As an accredited hypnobirthing teacher and period property renovator alongside raising two young boys, she can certainly handle fast pace and complex in a calm and supportive way.
