Chris is a Consultant who specialises in residential property, both freehold and leasehold transactions and acts on registered and unregistered titles, sales, purchases, mortgages, equity release or lifetime mortgages, also other freehold and leasehold related matters, including lease variations and lease extensions.
Chris has been working in residential property since 1997 and graduated in Philosophy, Politics and Economics before following a career in law, attending the Inns of Court School of Law and City University.
Chris was called to the Bar in 1997 and took the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test to qualify as a Solicitor in 2014.
