Colin is a Consultant Solicitor at Taylor Rose. He completed his training to qualify as a solicitor in 2019, having studied at the University of Law in Chester. He has extensive experience in dealing with a broad range of properties throughout England and Wales, but with particular expertise in complex financing arrangements, HMOs, Leases and small scale or 'one off' development.
He acts on behalf of clients ranging from first time buyers to experienced property investors, particularly those with buy to let portfolios. Colin is the Deputy Chair of the Property Lawyers Alliance.
