David is a Litigation Consultant, Private Investigator and Mediator, with expertise in general litigation, contractual disputes, and damages claims for domestic and sexual abuse. He represents both individuals and companies involved in disputes that require legal action, ranging from the County Court to the High Court.
David handles a wide variety of cases, from small claims to more complex matters that may involve instructions to King’s Counsel. His extensive experience allows him to navigate challenging legal issues with skill and precision.
David studied Law at the University of Central Lancashire between 2007 and 2010, and further pursued Civil Mediation studies there in 2024. He is an accredited mediator with certifications from CMC, IMI, and UCLan, and is recognised for his work in mediation alongside his litigation practice.
In addition to his legal career, David is actively involved in mediation bringing a well-rounded perspective to his work in law.
