Dede is a Consultant with over two decades post qualification experience as a solicitor for all aspects of residential property transactions.
His experience ranges from remortgages, transfer of equity, help to buy, residential purchase of freehold or leasehold, new build transactions, shared ownership, bridging loans, auctions and any other property relating transactions. Also experienced in drafting new residential property leases
Dede qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor from the Nigerian Law Lagos in 1995 and became a practising solicitor for England and Wales after taking the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test in 2022.
