Dominic is a Consultant Solicitor working within Corporate Commercial and Litigation, primarily with small to medium sized businesses. This includes general commercial litigation, corporate advice including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders' agreements and also advice regarding shareholder disputes. He also advises in relation to landlord and tenant issues.
Recent work examples include:
Advising a group of companies on a restructuring which includes the buyout of an existing shareholder and a new shareholders' agreement between the remaining shareholders.
Commercial dispute between a supplier of goods and a client company which includes a claim under a personal guarantee.
Shareholder dispute which entails an unfair prejudice petition and allegations of breaches of a director's fiduciary duty.
He studied at UCL and the College of Law and qualified as a solicitor in 2007. Upon qualification, he spent several years working in the City. He has over 18 years experience advising a wide range of business clients across the UK and internationally in corporate and litigation matters.
