Duncan is a Consultant Solicitor with 17 years’ legal experience.
He’s a Partner in the Property Division; Head of Conveyancing in Bexleyheath; Head of the Shared Ownership Department; and a Deputy Office Manager. As a lawyer he’s been recognised for combining a client focused attitude with technical excellence. He has vast experience of working in most areas of residential property law, with a particular specialism in affordable housing schemes.
Duncan is also a Wellbeing Officer for the firm, a role which reflects his endorsement of the firm’s commitments to being a place where individuals can thrive, develop and enjoy coming to work.
Duncan is also a qualified and registered psychotherapist with a degree in psychology and a Masters in Therapeutic Counselling In addition, Duncan is a qualified and accredited Commercial Mediator. For fun, Duncan still play gigs and records/releases music in bands.
He’s also a dad of two; a cat and dog owner; an amateur oil painter; a keen runner planning a third London Marathon (if his aching bones allow); and a scuba enthusiast qualified as a PADI Rescue Diver.
