Elouise has been working in our Medical Negligence team since 2021. She started with us as a Paralegal and qualified as a Solicitor in 2024. Elouise has a First Class LLB Law Degree from Queen Mary, University of London, and scored in the 1st quintile for her Solicitor Qualifying Exams (SQE).
Elouise manages cases involving surgical negligence, misdiagnosis, medication errors, and delays in diagnosis. She also assists the Partners with their varied and complex caseloads. She recently settled a fatal claim involving a hospital's failure to administer critical medication, after obtaining a full admission of liability from the Defendant early on in the case.
Elouise has a particular interest in antenatal and obstetric claims and those involving injuries to women during childbirth. She also enjoys assisting with Inquests to try and see that families get answers to pertinent questions about the circumstances leading to the death of their loved one.
