Emma is a Consultant.
She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2012 and then qualified as a solicitor in 2015. Emma achieved both qualifications whilst working full-time and therefore has over 15 years’ experience of property law. Whilst Emma is experienced in residential conveyancing, her specialism is in land development acting for local and national housebuilders, landowners and local authorities. Her extensive knowledge of this area of property law spans from the contracting and planning stage right through to the acquisition and development of land and the subsequent selling of new build plots.
Emma is Chair of Southampton Property Association.
