Emma qualified as a Solicitor in 2021. She is a Consultant at Taylor Rose.
Emma undertook seats in Conveyancing and Family Law during her training contract and has worked primarily in Conveyancing since her qualification. Emma works on residential sales and purchases, including leasehold houses/flats, shared ownership properties, staircasing, help to buy equity loans, new build properties etc.
She acts for a variety of clients, including first time buyers, company purchases, lenders and clients requiring an expedited service.
