Emma is a Managing Conveyancer who has been working in property since 2013 and now leads our Residential Conveyancing department in Fulham. Emma has extensive experience managing technical transactions ranging from standard sales and purchases to cases involving more complex matters, including:
Unregistered land
Transfers of equity
Adverse possession
Emma practices a forward thinking and solution centred approach to Conveyancing, with a focus on reducing delays and offering jargon free communication along the way.
With this in mind, Emma now leads a team of legal professionals who are all dedicated to providing a first class service, and take pride in being able to guide people through one of the most stressful processes they will encounter in their lives.
Outside of work, Emma spends most of her time being an attentive mother to her cat, Moses, and otherwise enjoys escaping to the countryside for regular doses of R&R.
