Fakhria trained in the City of London and qualified as a solicitor in 2010. She is a Consultant with Taylor Rose.
Fakhrias’ clients range from SME’s , start-ups to international conglomerates and has advised on a wide range of commercial agreements (shareholder, partnership, investor, joint venture, distribution and service level agreements), share purchase transactions, share buy backs, mergers/acquisitions and mbo transactions. She has 10 years PQE in advising and providing clients with effective and pragmatic solutions to minimise their legal risks.
Fakhria also advises corporates and individuals on disputes arising from corporate governance issues, in particular shareholder disputes and directors duties.
In her spare time Fakhria is a keen equestrian and member of the Ham Polo Club. She has travelled extensively and enjoys learning about new cultures.
