Fathima is a Consultant. She graduated from Staffordshire University with First Class Honours in her Bachelors of Law degree. Thereafter she went on to complete her Attorney-at-law examinations at the Law College of Sri Lanka and was called to bar in 2020.
After completing several training programs and internships with reputable organizations, Fathima started her career as a fee earner. She has advised clients on over hundred transactions during the past two years and has experience in dealing with residential conveyancing transactions including freehold, leasehold, re-mortgage and shared ownership. Fathima has a keen interest in residential leasehold transactions and finds them quite challenging.
Her primary concern is ensuring that the client’s expectations are sufficiently satisfied while the transaction progresses smoothly.
