With extensive experience in handling new build transactions, particularly for buyers across various sites in London, Fozia has often been the recommended solicitor for these matters. Fozia is well-versed in managing a wide range of property transactions, including leasehold and freehold properties, transfers of equity, and remortgages, with expertise in specialised mortgages such as Shari'ah-compliant products. Fozia has also successfully managed Help to Buy transactions, including redemptions, and has worked with clients ranging from first-time buyers to seasoned investors, both locally and internationally.

In addition to her expertise in new build transactions, Fozia is skilled in advising clients on standard freehold and leasehold matters.

Fozia qualified as a solicitor in 2012 with Kingfields Solicitors, where she completed her training, qualified, and eventually became a Partner. Fozia holds a degree in History from Queen Mary, University of London, and completed her GDL and LPC at BPP Law School.
