Gemma has been working in family law since 2006 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2011. She was made Partner with Taylor Rose in December 2022.

Gemma advises on and is experienced in all areas of family law. She has acted in a number of high net worth cases, securing significant settlements for her clients.  Gemma provides realistic and pragmatic advice.

Experience includes :-

  • Divorce

  • Matrimonial finances/ financial remedy proceedings

  • Child arrangements, including live with orders, spending time with orders, prohibited steps and specific issue orders, issues relating to parental alienation

  • Pre and post nuptial agreements

  • Cohabitation agreements

  • Separation agreements

  • Warning letters, non-molestation orders and occupation orders

Before joining Taylor Rose, Gemma managed a small firm in Cambridgeshire and was also Head of the Family Department at a firm based in Surrey.
