Genevieve is a Consultant.

She is dual qualified (England & Wales & Nigeria) , Genevieve’s practice covers business, insolvency and IT law. Genevieve understands the fast changing technology landscape and the legal issues that this presents having herself consulted and worked with business and technical SMEs on numerous large scale digital transformation programmes.

Genevieve is commercially astute and will help you navigate any corporate and commercial issues in a practical manner.

She has advised on commercial contracts including share purchase agreements and joint ventures, and insolvency cases including members voluntary liquidation of an international sporting body and French international banking group. Genevieve is the Treasurer of the British Nigeria Law Forum, a bilateral organisation that serves as a vehicle where lawyers and other interested parties from both jurisdictions can communicate with each other to promote legal ideals as well as foster mutually beneficial relationships.
