Gillian is a Consultant at Taylor Rose. She has over 30 years’ experience in family law and qualified as a Fellow Chartered Legal Executive in 2001.
She is a member of Resolution, (previously the Solicitors Family Law Association), who promote dealing with family issues in a constructive way.
She is also a Member of the Law Society Family Law Panel. Family Law Accreditation is a recognised quality standard for family law practitioners who show a high level of competence and knowledge in family law and Gillian have been a member since 2010.
Between 2008 and 2015 Gillian ran her own Law Firm dealing with various areas of law, however, dealing predominantly in issues within family law.
Gillian represents clients in a varied range of family issues however specialises in divorce and in particular financial remedy on financial matters both agreed and not agreed.
She also deals with cohabitating couples legal issues and disputes, separation agreements and pre/post nuptial agreements. Alongside this, Gillian deals with child arrangements and children issues concerning involvement with the Local Authority.
Gillian has a pragmatic approach and will try to ensure the best possible outcome for her clients in the most cost effective and timely manner.
