Grace qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and specialises in residential property. She is a Consultant who advises on various residential matters including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, transfer of equities, new-builds and buy to lets.
Grace has a Law Degree and completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School. She has previously worked at a top 100 UK Law Firm.
Grace understands that any type of residential matter can be extremely stressful for any client and takes a proactive but friendly approach when dealing with their transactions. She enjoys working with her clients to achieve a stress free transaction and makes every effort to ensure her clients have a smooth experience in an ever changing complex industry.
In her spare time, when Grace is not looking after her daughter, she enjoys playing netball, reading and walking.
