Gurdev is a Consultant.
Since being admitted as a Solicitor (during 2002), he has worked in various Central London and London based firms, gaining a good working knowledge of both the London and outside London property markets. This includes dealing with both high net-worth clients and properties.
Gurdev has extensive experience of dealing with clients from first time buyers to seasoned buyers (whether individuals or companies), investment/developer clients and professional preoccupation clients such as bankers, traders, doctors, accountants. This includes dealing with clients based in London and all parts of England and internationally across all time zones worldwide.
Gurdev takes pride in providing a direct bespoke one-to-one client care service and in managing expectations with proactive communication and a more practical, forward thinking, commercial approach (where appropriate) in advising clients, as well as, maintaining good working relationships with estate agents.
Gurdev is happy to assist with all aspects of residential private Conveyancing, Lease Extension, Bridging Finance and Re-mortgage work.
