Hussnain leads teams and has an excellent level of expertise in all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions which allows him to provide comprehensive and practical advice to his clients. He has a wealth of experience in acting for individuals and companies in the acquisition, sale and finance of prime residential and ‘trophy’ properties as well as managing the residential and commercial property portfolios in London and across the UK.

Hussnain focuses on commercial and residential conveyancing including acting for both landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions in both small and large commercial properties and FRI leases, but also has experience in matters pertaining to property financing and land acquisition including advising on financing, development, asset management, and disposal of mixed-use and residential developments and investment work. Hussnain also has experience in dealing with transactions involving Islamic, Bridging and Development Finance.
