Jack is a contentious probate spacialist.
He qualified as a Solicitor in 2021, having obtained his LLB (Hons) degree in Law at Leeds Beckett University and his LPC (LLM) from the University of Law.
Upon qualifying, Jack joined the Civil Litigation team at a regional firm and has dealt with a wide range of civil matters. Jack gained a strong interest in Contentious Probate disputes over his time since qualifying and has now decided to specialise in this particular area.
Jack is able to advise on a range of Contentious Probate matters, including challenging the validity of a Will and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 if someone has been excluded from a Will or believes that they have not received reasonable financial provision from someone's estate. Jack is also able to advise on potential applications to remove an Executor(s).
Jack adopts a practical and pragmatic approach, striving to provide clients with clear, efficient advice with the view to achieve the client's desired outcomes in the most cost effective and efficient way possible.
In Jack's spare time, he enjoys keeping active and going to the gym and boxes at a local club in Peterborough. Jack also enjoys going out on rides on his motorbike and cooking.
