He has completed work for the Government, International Banks, Corporates, International Charities, Religious organisations, High net worth individuals and Private Clients.

He mainly focuses on Immigration Law looking at both business, corporate and personal cases.

Janeevan deals with :

• Clients who are keen to get a start-up or innovator visas.
• International companies which are looking to set up a Branch offices, start-up etc.
• Advising Employers in all aspects of employing migrant worker – sponsor licence applications, compliances etc.
• Students facing visa curtailment, and students forced to go back before applying for Graduate Visa (PSW) for 2 years.

His work will also include looking at Spouse Visas, applications and extensions, indefinite leave to remain, advice on sponsorship licence application, audit and consulting, sponsorship licence whether suspension or revocation, civil penalties, illegal working, business visitor, investors, HR training for the intake of foreign employees and manage sponsor licence, landlord and tenant immigration checks, appeals, administrative and judicial reviews.
