Janice qualified as a solicitor in 2006 after gaining a First class in Law at London Metropolitan University. Janice joins Taylor Rose as a Consultant after having worked for a number of firms in the south west London and north Surrey areas since qualification.
Most recently she worked for a boutique firm. As a Wandsworth resident for the past 30 years, Janice knows the area well both from personal experience as well as her work.
Janice has a wide range of experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing and is able to advise on all aspects of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release mortgages and more.
