Janine is a Consultant at Taylor Rose.
She qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) in 2001. Since qualifying, Janine has specialised in the administration of estates, Wills, deed of variation of will, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and associated transactions.
Janine has assisted hundreds of bereaved families navigate the maze of estate administration and also helps individuals and couples create tailor made wills to suit their personal circumstances. Janine has completed and registered hundreds of Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney and made many Court of Protection applications for those individuals that no longer have sufficient mental capacity to manage their own financial and property affairs.
