Jessica Ferguson

Executive - Family law

Jessica is a Consultant family law executive at Taylor Rose.

She has been practicing all areas of Private Family Law since 2010 specialising in child arrangements, custody over children, issues including parents, stepparents and grandparents, relationship breakdowns including divorce and domestic abuse.

Jessica believes in having an exceptional working relationship with her clients and has a personal touch in her style of practicing. She is flexible in providing advice, working evenings and weekends to suit most busy lifestyles. 

Jessica has a straight-talking approach coupled with warm and genuine empathy. She believes in trying to resolve matters in a non-confrontational manner in the hope of keeping relationships civil. She has vast experience in dealing with contentious and sensitive matters which can result in court proceedings and has a wealth of knowledge to try and achieve the best possible outcome in all cases.

Jessica has qualified Level 3 and Level 6 through The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx), acquiring the initials MCILEx, and hopes to achieve Fellow/Charted status in 2023.

Most of Jessica’s career was at a high street Solicitors local to where she lives but has since joined Taylor Rose as a Consultant in late 2022.

Jessica resides in Derbyshire with her family, and in her spare time enjoys socialising, films, and music.
