Joanna qualified as a solicitor in July 2001 and has over 23 years experience in Residential Property. She was previously a partner at one of the largest firms in Essex and also in recent years, she was a partner of a Mayfair law firm.
She often deals with freehold sales and purchases, leasehold matters, new builds, transfer of equity matters, re-mortgages, first registrations, voluntary lease extensions, high end conveyancing and she also acts for first time buyers.
She strives to achieve excellent client care and feels that good communication is essential.
Joanna is well known in the conveyancing community and has strong links to estate agents, developers and mortgage brokers.
