Joanne is a Consultant Solicitor, currently supervising a team of residential property fee earning consultants.
She qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 and spent a number of years working in the company's residential property department providing advice and assistance across the full breadth of conveyancing transactions.
During her time with the company, Joanne has worked in a learning and development role, providing training to future conveyancers as part of the company's trainee conveyancer program. Joanne has also worked in a compliance role as the Audit Manager overseeing the Company's audit function.
Joanne retained her interest in property law and returned to front-line conveyancing by becoming a property consultant in 2020. She however decided that she had a preference for more of a compliance and supervisory role and therefore became a supervisor of a team of 25 fee earning consultants in 2021. Joanne utilises her audit and compliance expertise together with her residential property knowledge to monitor compliance across her team, conducting regular file reviews and audits whilst also providing technical support and advice.
