Jonathan has over 25 years of experience as a corporate/finance lawyer in London law firms. He is now a Consultant Solicitor.
He has a passion for providing high quality legal advice and solutions to clients across various sectors and industries. Core competencies include:
Corporate Law
Jonathan has vast experience in buying and selling companies and businesses, shareholder agreements / joint venture agreements, group reorganisations and investment agreements.
Jonathan also offers a general counsel advice service to directors and boards of small to medium size businesses.
Commercial Law
He handles a wide range of commercial agreements from terms and conditions of business to distribution, logistics/service level agreements. He advises on secured/unsecured finance and lending transactions, both reviewing and preparing relevant documentation.
Jonathan also advises on insolvency appointments of administrators and administrative receivers.
Employment Law
Jonathan advises clients on non-contentious employment, including director service agreements and senior and junior employee contracts. He also offers advice to employees on settlement agreements.
In addition, consultant agreements can be prepared or reviewed.

He has worked for a number of years in industry so genuinely understands client needs from a commercial prospective, which is blended with his legal advice.
