Julie Strudwick is a Consultant with over 30 years of experience in residential conveyancing. Based in the Peterborough office, Julie specialises in a range of property matters, including freehold and leasehold titles, registered and unregistered land, and new-build transactions. She works with a diverse client base, from first-time homebuyers to developers and lenders, assisting with everything from plot sales and voluntary lease extensions to secured lending and remortgaging.
Julie’s extensive background includes heading residential conveyancing departments at multiple law firms and serving as a partner. Her expertise in resolving complex title issues, such as unregistered land, defective leases, and deeds of variation, has made her a trusted advisor in the field. She has also held an in-house role with a major housebuilder, where she was involved in land acquisitions and sales for development projects.
Beyond her professional commitments, Julie enjoys walking her dog and is currently learning Spanish.
