After graduating from University in 2005, Kara has worked in the property sector of the legal services industry and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2015. Kara is currently in the process of cross-qualifying as a Solicitor having specialised in residential property since 2014.
Kara deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold property, new build purchases, transfers of ownership, remortgages and equity release mortgages.
Kara prides herself on providing excellent and personal client service in a timely manner ensuring that all clients are supported through the process. Kara also ensures that all interested parties are kept up to date, working collaboratively to encourage a smooth transaction.
